How long does fulfillment take?

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on decoration method. Everything is produced on demand to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Can we control branding and product selection?

Absolutely. You approve the logos, colors, artwork, and product options. Everything in your store follows your brand guidelines.

Is there a cost to build the store?

What kind of merch/how many products do you offer on demand?

We have an expansive and diverse catalog of over 20,000 products. These products range from apparel and headwear, to drinkware and accessories.

How do payouts/disbursements work?

When a webstore is created, customers can set their own profit margins. This includes fixed priced and percentages, and a sales price (the cost to your customer). Disbursements are done on a store level via an electronic ACH disbursement. Note: one account can have multiple stores. Disbursements are processed monthly and automatically.
